1. Terms

All sales are final. By purchasing in our store, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms of Use, and all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this Urban Mamaz shop are protected by applicable copyrights.

2. File Delivery and Shipping Policy

All products in this store are digital items; nothing will be shipped at any time. Your files will be available to download once payment is confirmed. After purchase, you will receive a download link in which to download your product. Delivery is made instantly. You will not be charged any shipping costs.  There is no local delivery, in-store pickup, shipping, or international shipping available. 

3. Payment Policy

You are responsible to pay for Urban Mamaz products in full before receiving the product download (including all applicable sales and other taxes or fees) and for providing us with a valid credit/debit card or other payment methods available on the shop. We do not offer a payment plan on our products. In the case of a system error, you must pay for the product immediately upon discovering the error. If your account remains in delinquent status for longer than sixty (60) days, the company reserves the right to report any delinquent balance owed to a credit reporting bureau and/or collections agency subject to the company’s sole discretion until the account is caught up and in good standing.

Coupon codes & Discounts

Multiple discount codes cannot be used in one purchase, meaning only one code is allowed in the system per order.

4. Refunds Policy

All the sales are final and We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Once the product is purchased there is an automatic access to download the product, therefore due to the nature of the products, no refunds or returns can be made.

5. Technical Support

Technical support is not included. Please ensure that the device you are using has the necessary software to open PDFs, JPEGs, SVGs, and other image files or pictures before purchasing our products. Please note that part of our digital products may not be compatible with iPhones and some cell phones. We want to assure you that we will never request an additional fee solely for the purpose of opening files. If you receive a message requesting payment to access our products, please be aware that it is not from our shop but an external source on your device.

6. Use License

Urban Mamaz retains all rights, license, copyright, title, and ownership of the products. This means you may not distribute, resell, re-license, redistribute or give for free our files to other people or organizations. Please see our full License Agreement here.
